Government of Pakistan has sanctioned an adhoc relief allowance @ 20% with effect from July 01, 2012 till further orders to all the employees of Federal Government as well as paid from defence estimates and including contingent paid staff and contract employees employed against civil posts on Basic Pay Scale on standard terms and conditions of contract. The President of Pakistan has been pleased to sanction an increase in pension @ 20% of net pension with effect from July 01, 2012 until further orders to all civil pensioners of Federal Government including civilians paid from defence estimates as well as retired Armed Forces personnel and civil Armed Forces personnel.
