FEDERAL TAX OMBUDSMAN SECRETARIAT JOBS DETAILS

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and competent candidates for the following contract posts in an ongoing project of FTO Secretariat titled “Enhancing Countrywide Outreach, Upgradation and Computerization of Federal Tax Ombudsman (FTO) Office”.
Advisor (BPS 20/21)
Retired Session Judge or Government Officer (in BS-20 or 21) of former Income Tax Group, Customs & Excise Group having at least 25 years experience of Revenue Division.
Media Consultant (BPS-19)
Retired Officer of Information Group/Masters in Mass Communication/related field with 10 years’ experience in a Government job or in media:
i. Experience in preparation of newsletter
ii.Arrangement of Seminars/workshops/Conferences
Assistant Network/System Administrator (BPS-16)
Masters Degree/B.Sc. in Computer Science or Equivalent, three years experience as Assistant Network Administrator/ Network Administrator
IT Officer (BPS-16)
Masters Degree/B.S.c. in Computer Science with three years experience in Network Administration and support. Required skills include: installation, configuration, monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting of networks, operating systems, computer systems, hardware and software.
Personal Assistant (Stenographer) (BPS-16)
Graduate with a minimum speed of 100/50 w.p.m in shorthand/typing respectively. Must be computer fluent more than 5 years experience (post qualification) in relevant field.
Accounts Assistant (BPS-11)
Having 14 years of education in B.Com and in related field and more than 2 years experience (post qualification) in relevant field. Must be computer fluent.
Data Entry Operator (BPS-11)
HSSC passed with at least six months certification in IT/computer applications from an institute of good repute. One year post qualification experience as computer/ data entry operator at organization of good repute.

1. Candidates who are already serving in the Government Organizations/Departments should send their applications through proper channel.

3. Interested candidates, meeting the requisite criteria may send written application along with a recent coloured photograph, CV, attested copies of academic certificates, CNIC and experience certificates to Deputy Director (Admn), Federal Tax Ombudsman Secretariat, 5-A, Constitution Avenue, Islamabad by 25-11-2013.
