Gilgit boy’s body exhumed for postmortem: The body of a four-year-old boy, World Health Organization was found dead some days agone in Diamer district, was exhumed on weekday for postmortem.

A case was conjointly registered within the Chilas town police headquarters.

A three-member medical board set up by the Diamer district administration exhumed the body within the supervising of deputy commissioner Mohammad Usman and police officers.

Body of the kid, Ahmed, was buried while not conducting postmortem on Sat. Mutilated body of the boy was found in forest close to Chilas on weekday when he went missing in Batogah Sumal village some twelve days agone.

The killing was allegedly curst by police and oldsters on some supernatural beings.

Initially, police claimed that folks of the boy didn’t register FIR of the case as they believed the kid was killed by some spiritual being.

Police same when failing to trace the missing boy for many days, the oldsters approached the ‘spiritual healers’ (Aamils) to assist find him.

The religious healers told them that their son had been kidnaped by supernatural beings.

According to oldsters, the boy had been tortured and his hands shredded.
